This is the page for the guidelines on the Arrowman's Achievement Award and the forms for the award.
Requirements:
Three of the four requirements must be completed under each Quest. Quest for Lodge and Chapter Development

Continue to be active in Scouting and attain Brotherhood membership in the Order of the Arrow

Help conduct an OA election in a troop besides your own

Complete the Indian Lore Merit Badge

Participate in a minimum of 3 Lodge functions
Quest for Personal Development
-
Deepen your spiritual commitment by striving to earn the emblem of your religious faith
-
Advance one Scout rank, or as an Explorer/Venturer, fulfill your obligations in your post/crew

Promote the correct wearing of the uniform through personal example
-
Accept your obligation as an Arrowman and a Scout by serving in a leadership position in your unit or chapter for at least six months from the date of starting on this award
Quest for Unit and Community Development

Recruit one new boy or adult into Scouting

Assist your Troop or Post in earning the National Camping Award (http://www.scouting.org/filestore/pdf/430-016_WB.pdf)

Assist in promoting summer camp in your troop or another
-
Participate in at least two service projects in your unit or chapter, and participate in two of the following activities:

Skills Discovery Camp
- Webelos Day
- Lodge Service Day
